Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and secure portal payments.

Timing & Billing

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If a session extends beyond the original appointment, the fee adjusts in 25-minute increments.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to the full session fee when permitted by insurance regulations. One late cancellation may be waived every six months as a courtesy.

Insurance & Superbills

Some insurance plans may be accepted for individual therapy. Please inquire in advance regarding eligibility and coverage.

Couples therapy and intensives are offered on a private-pay basis.

Upon request, I can provide a superbill, an itemized receipt you may submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

A superbill typically includes your name, the date and length of the session, CPT code, diagnosis code (if applicable), and the fee paid.

CPT codes are assigned according to session duration.

Example CPT Codes

90837 — 53 minutes or longer Individual Psychotherapy, 60 minutes

90847 — 53 minutes or longer Couples Psychotherapy, 60 minutes

Good Faith Estimate

Under federal law, clients who are not using insurance are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of services.

You have the right to receive a written estimate before scheduling services. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
