Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to the full session fee when permitted by insurance regulations. One late cancellation may be waived every six months as a courtesy.

Insurance & Superbills

At this time, I am not accepting new insurance clients. All services are offered on a private-pay basis.

If you have questions about fees, reduced-fee availability, or out-of-network reimbursement, please feel free to reach out.

Upon request, I can provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) that you may submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so I encourage you to contact your insurance company directly to learn about your out-of-network benefits.

A superbill typically includes your name, the date and length of your session, the CPT code, diagnosis code (when applicable), and the fee paid.

Common CPT Codes

90837 — Individual Psychotherapy (53 minutes or longer)

90847 — Couples/Family Psychotherapy with the identified patient present (53 minutes or longer)
